SHIPPING

We are currently shipping within NZ. Shipping starts from $2.50. If you need help choosing the correct shipping option please contact us by emailing us at dazzleemleos@gmail.com or by selecting "contact us" from the drop down menu in the "MORE" tab.

As we make most of our leotards to order and to accommodate possible shipping delays, please allow up to 10 business days.

Pick up is available within the Canterbury region. Once order is confirmed you will be advised when your order is ready for collection. A rural delivery surcharge of $5.70 applies to items sent to a rural addresses.

Shipping Options

​

Standard Envelope- $2.50

Suitable for items that can fit in a standard envelope. This includes scrunchies, ribbon stick grips and swivels and single pairs of toe shoes. Multiple small items may be included in the same order as long as they fit in the same envelope. This option is not tracked.

Leotard- $8

Suitable for single leotard or apparel orders.

Small Item- $11

Ideal for smaller RG equipment items, such as 36-40cm clubs, balls and ropes or multiple leotard/apparel orders.  Multiple smaller items may be included in the same order as long as they fit into a 38cmx30cm Mailer Bag. ​

Large or Multiple Items- $16

For large RG equipment such as 45 cm clubs or many items. Multiple things may be included in this package if the total order weight remains under 3kg and fits in a 44x40cm mailer bag.

Hoops

If a hoop is part of your order your shipping will be calculated based to the volume of the hoop. We will be in touch via email with you and once payment is confirmed the shipment will be sent.

RETURNS

​

Your return needs to be received by us within 30 days from the date of receiving your goods.

If the item does not fit the product can be returned at customers expense. The item must be in as new condition, unwashed, unworn (tried on is fine) and with all packaging and ticketing attached. Products must not be marked, damaged or broken. If it is not returned in original condition no refund will be made.

You will also need provide proof purchase (order number is sufficient).

Sale items cannot be returned unless they have a defect.

All sales on rhythmic gymnastic equipment is final.
